[ckan-dev] RDF: Need to provide read.rdf in template extension when overriding read.html

If this has not been fixed it'd be good to not require these extra
templates. Can you confirm this is the case in master and create an
issue if so?

Or if you feel inspired, a pull request would be even better! :)
