[ckan-dev] File Upload w/ Java

I'm using ckan2.2.  I see documentation for that version that says to use "resource_create()" and I have tried that, but the file is being created.  I get a resource back in the json response.

Does anyone have an example of using "/api/storage/metadata/{label}" with java?  I am trying to upload a file to local storage.
