[ckan-dev] SOLR versions: is 1.4.1 the most recent supported version for CKAN?

Hi Marco,

I have not updated the docco, as I'm not quite sure how and I wasn't sure
if it was appropriate for anyone to update.
There's also a mistake with a path in the same document.
When I have finished my own install I'll update and also provide my own
install process, which is for CentOS 6.x over 3 hosts (CKAN app,
database/SOLR, front end proxy).
