[ckan-dev] Hierarchical Groups

Hi,

I notice that you mention group hierarchies in the documentation here:
http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/authorization.html#ckan-auth-roles-that-cascade-to-sub-groups

When I try to create a group via the web application (/group/new), I don't
see any input that would allow me to specify a parent group. Is there a way
to set up a hierarchy of groups via the web application, or is this
something that must be done via the API?
