[ckan-dev] Hierarchical Groups

Despite saying 'groups' I wonder if that bit of doc you linked to is
really about organisations? (In which case it should be made clearer
...)

I'm not aware that there's a plan for hierarchical groups at present.
Underneath, organisations are just a special type of group, but this
should be invisible to the user.
