[ckan-dev] Theming documentation

Hi Henrik,

* The new theming documentation refers to CKAN 2.2 (which isn't released
yet). The link with 847 was the branch that we had up for review before
merging it in. The documentation in both those places are probably the same.
* We changed a bit of the home page layout in 2.2, it's now more
modularized. So there isn't exactly an exact replacement template in 2.1,
however, {% secondary_content %} block in `templates/home/index.html` seems
to be close to what the documentation refers to.
