Michael,

I don't have an answer for you . but I noticed this doubling-up of the URL
when trying to get a harvester working, as mentioned in this thread (below)
back in November.

I didn't really get an explanation to the URL problem at the time, but just
a general clarification that harvesting only part of the datasets from
another CKAN instance was not possible.

Perhaps our errors are somehow related for someone looking at this in more
detail.
