[ckan-dev] Issue while creating dataset and not able to upload local files

Dear all,

We have installed CKAN into Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit

But we area facing the following issue while creating dataset.

1. We are not able to upload (local files) there is only URL option is
avaliable.

2. when we click on Next:Additonal Info button then it's shows 'Internal
Server Error'

Please help us to resolve this two issue.
