[ckan-dev] CKAN installation - unable to create database tables

I notice you have SOLR URL has an ip of 127.0.0.1.
That ip is only reachable by the machine it runs on.
Are CKAN and SOLR running on the same machine?
If not you probably want to make SOLR/jetty run on a routable interface?ip
and set solr_url to point to the new interface/ip.
