Hi,

You'll have to customize the header template at
https://github.com/ckan/ckan/blob/master/ckan/templates/header.html and add
custom CSS. This isn't the code that customizes it, but you can see an
example of a header being customized at
https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-datahub/blob/release-v2.0/ckanext/datahub/templates/header.html
