likely be informal and barcamp style.

Hi All,

I want to make a suggestion of holding an informal half-day CKANCon ("CKAN
Conference") on July 15th in Berlin.

This would be the day before Open Knowledge Festival main conference and
the day as CSV Conf <http://csvconf.com/> which I think we could have
CKANCon be part of (or, at the very least, have CKAN Con take place at the
same venue).

What do people think?
