[ckan-dev] Unable to set debug mode (or reload development.ini file)

Thanks so much for your help...and again I apologise for needing this 
basic hand-holding.

Hmmm...that one is tricky...not sure what it means to "disable" the 
custom theme? The two things I know:

I can physically shift the files out of their current location at 
/usr/lib/ckan/default/src/ckanext-spatial_theme

And I can comment out the plugin reference in the .ini file.

In the end I tried a matrix of all these:

- Stop Apache

- Remove theme plugin from .ini

- Shift custom theme out of ckan path

...attempting to re-load the .ini at each step, and always the same error.
