    Hi Pabitra,

I've removed the partials so this issue shouldn't happen any more.
To test it you'll need to use the master branch of the plugin at
      https://github.com/NaturalHistoryMuseum/ckanext-userdatasets (I'll
make another release once this is confirmed fixed).

If you find other issues report them on the GitHub issue queue
      (https://github.com/NaturalHistoryMuseum/ckanext-userdatasets/issues)
so we don't spam the list!

      Thanks,

      Alice

      Hi Alice,

In one of the projects, we implemented at the template
          level.

I am now trying to see how your userdatasets plugin works.
I am getting the following error at the module load time:

AttributeError: 'functools.partial' object has no attribute
          '__module__'

an extension that we implemented. Basically the extension
hides the Edit button for a displayed dataset if the user is
not the owner of the dataset.

theme level (as you mention "hidding" the button) or the
permission level. Either way, it seems to work by removing
permissions from the 'editor' role. In case you're
interested we've made an extension (which works at the
permission level) that works by adding permissions to the
'member' role instead. If you are interested you can help us
by testing it! See my other post for details.
