[ckan-dev] CSV preview Timeout, Avoid Preview for huge files

Hello,

I have a CKAN 2.0.2 instance started and running here:
http://opendata.caceres.es
I am configuring the data preview for csv, xls and pdf files. To do so my
production.ini file have the following statements in the Plugins section:

## Plugins Settings
ckan.plugins = stats recline_preview noregistration resource_proxy
pdf_preview

It works fine for small files, for instance:
http://opendata.caceres.es/dataset/farmacias-caceres/resource/53b8f6a2-e467-41eb-9203-21889f28b6a0

But when the distribution is huge it fails because a timeout is triggered.
Example:
http://opendata.caceres.es/dataset/farolas-caceres/resource/6d23333d-d842-49cd-a466-45a0c2b360e5

1) Is there a way to increase the waiting for the timeout?
2) Is there a way to check if a file is that big that is better to download
it rather than force a preview?
