[ckan-dev] Data Visualization

No it's public and i'm the user who created it who is also the user trying to access it.  Is there a specific flag in the configuration file that needs to be set?  A simple use case would be to just upload an excel spreadsheet I would think.

I am trying to use the data visualization feature that CKAN offers.  When I create a new package and I enter in that it's "CSV" format and I upload a file to the data it's throwing an error saying that the data is unavailable.  Any idea what could be wrong?  Should it work out of the box?
