Hello,

I'm in the process of tuning our server, and I was wondering how ckan 
handles it's PostgreSQL connections.

The two things I am trying to work out is how many PostgreSQL 
connections ckan creates per worker thread (I realise this may not be 
fixed, I am interested in typical and max values), and whether ckan 
pools it's connections across worker threads.

Any pointers would be useful!
