[ckan-dev] change datasets owner

Hi Isabel,

When you create a dataset, CKAN sets two things: the creator_user_id column
on the package table, and create a relationship between the dataset and the
user in the user_object_role with role "admin". To do what you want, you'll
have to change these attributes manually in the DB. AFAIK there's no paster
command to help.
