[ckan-dev] Status of branch 1251 (resource views)

Hi Stéphane,

It's still being reviewed, but it's mostly stable so there shouldn't be any
big changes. Still, consider that alpha software. While it's not merged,
there still could be changes that break stuff.

That being said, it's immensely helpful to have others playing with it and
the new resource view plugins that use it (
https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-mapviews,
https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-basiccharts, and
https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-dashboard). If you find any problems or
have any feedback, please comment here or in the pull request itself.

My hope is to have it as part of 2.3.
