[ckan-dev] Missing Organization/Groups Search Filter on Sidebar

Dear Nigel,

Thanks for your respond. Here is my screenshot as attached.

I've already run paster command to rebuild the search index, but still not
working.
paster --plugin=ckan search-index rebuild --config=/etc/ckan/production.ini

What am i missing here?
