[ckan-dev] CKAN Postgres database - some resources have null Size value

Hi Nina,

In CKAN 2.0, CKAN itself did not add the size to the resource table. It was
added by extensions. The files that you see the sizes are *probably* the ones
that datastorer extension has been run against.
