[ckan-dev] Piwik integration

Hi George,

This looks great! I don't know of any instance that uses Piwik myself, but
CC'ing ckan-dev in case some Piwik users are interested in giving it a go.

Perhaps is worth looking at how ckanext-googleanalytics presents the
results on the frontend to make them similar?
