[ckan-dev] Dev meetings times: Tuesday 12:00 UTC and Thursday 16:00 UTC

Hi all,

To make easier for people to join our dev meetings we've moved the one
on Thursday to a later time. The weekly dev meetings will happen on:

* Tuesdays 12:00 UTC

* Thursdays 16:00 UTC
(http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20141030T1600)

Meetings take place over Google Hangout:
