[ckan-dev] Solr not working

Hi Ross,

less schema.xml is not enough testing.

All directories in this path should have read and execution permissions 
for "other":
/usr/lib/ckan/default/src/ckan/ckan/config/solr

Jetty runs with user jetty(!) not with root, hence, "other".

Just walk through the path above and do ls -l in each directory to check 
the permissions.
