[ckan-dev] Backup ckan installation

* Code- Don't worry about if it's in git. You can roll it back.
* Database - Take a postgresql database dump.
* Filestore - Find out where your filestore stores files (usually
/var/lib/ckan) and take a backup of it
* Configuration file - It's worth while having a backup of your config
file, you won't change it, but just in case you need to change it afterward
for new options.
