[ckan-dev] Error

Hi
I'm new to this so apologies if this has been asked before

I have created a new site http://data.corkcity.ie
I have try to create a new data set and add the following http://opendata.corkcity.ie/RiverLevel.csv but after I select finish I receive an internal server error
