[ckan-dev] mounting CKAN at a non-root URL

Thanks nigelb,
but unfortunately it's not working.
The internal links do not work and the css is not loaded.
For example: dataset always points to http://ckan.somedomain.it/dataset 
and not http://ckan.somedomain.it/ckan/dataset.
I can not understand what is wrong.
