[ckan-dev] GeoNode harvester

Hi list,

if anyone is interested, we implemented a CKAN harvester for GeoNode.
You can find it here:
   https://github.com/geosolutions-it/ckanext-geonode

GeoNode does provide a CSW endpoint, but there are some inconsistencies here 
and there, such as a really long resource list for layer records, and some 
difficulty in telling the resource type when harvesting a map. This harvester 
bypasses such issues by retrieving the records using GeoNode's own API.
