Announcing datacats 0.11.0

datacats is a tool for easily building and deploying ckan sites using
Docker. http://docs.datacats.com/

In this release we've added commands to build css from less source files
and monitor them for changes. We've made errors on start/reload immediately
visible. We've made installation of dependencies verbose so problems and
progress are easier to see. We've also fixed a common error encountered by
OSX users with a recent version of openssl and made error reporting clearer
in many places.

And if that's not bleeding-edge enough for you, grab a copy of our master
branch from https://github.com/datacats/datacats . We've just merged
changes to support multiple sites from a single environment, come help us
