Announcing datacats 0.9.2

datacats is a tool for easily building and deploying ckan sites using
Docker. http://docs.datacats.com/

This release includes support for Docker 1.6 and compatibility with
mismatched docker-py and Docker versions.

Also included is experimental local support for ckan versions before 2.3.
Use "datacats install --clean" to install your packages and their
dependencies into a clean virtualenv. This is great for setting up
reproducible legacy environments.
