Announcing datacats 0.10.0

datacats is a tool for easily building and deploying ckan sites using
Docker. http://docs.datacats.com/

This release adds an option to serve ckan from any or all addresses on
Linux. This allows you to serve datacats environments without the use of a
proxy.

We've also added the ability to run commands within containers in the
background, useful for starting long-running processes like the harvester.

We've moved our github repo to the "datacats" organization, please update
your links. Get the latest version with "pip install" or follow our
