[ckan-dev] Issue with Harvester Plugin

Hello,

We have been using the harvester plugin for a few years but it has stopped
doing it's job recently. If we start the harvester, it seems like it just
gets stuck on some SELECT statement. If we just let it run, eventually it
kills the server. We are using CKAN version 2.1a. Has anyone experienced this
before? Any suggestions?
