[ckan-dev] MIN_TAG_LENGTH

Hi,

I need to use strings with length 1 as tags (eg. representing chemical
elements such as "C" for carbon). ckan.model.MIN_TAG_LENGTH = 2 prevents
me from defining those.

What is the reason that not MIN_TAG_LENGTH = 1?

What is the proper way to override this constant?

Related: Why can't tags contain non-aphanumeric characters other than
[_-.]? ( "Si(OH)4" would be nice.)
