[ckan-dev] DataPusher doesn't check for updates

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I'm unable for find the topic in the mailing list archives.

I'm running CKAN 2.4.1 with the build-in DataPusher.

It works fine when creating a dataset and when manually clicking the button "Upload to DataStore".

However, if I've got a resource which points via an URL to a dataset (could be CSV), it doesn't check for updates every X hours or so...
So I have to manually click the button to update the dataset.

Is this "by design" or a flaw?
