Naresh,

Sorry, this command works fine for me, whereas I did get that error
for other versions of Shapely. I don't think it is anything to do with
ckan, so can I encourage you to contact the Shapely community to find
out the issue, and report back here if you find out any solution, in
case other people get the problem too.
