[ckan-dev] Map doesn't show up when overlaying data

Hello!
I had to check into the Javascript console log and found that the site was
complaining about CORS! And realized that I was using http://localhost:5000
instead of http://127.0.0.1:5000 which solved the problem by changing the
address into the latter.
