[ckan-dev] ckanext-qa relative_url_for not defined error

I've just upgraded my CKAN installation on Ubuntu 14.04 to 2.6.0 and have also upgraded my plugins - archiver, qa and reports to the latest versions.  Everything works except the openness report which returns a server error.

I get the following error message:

HelperError: Helper 'relative_url_for' has not been defined.

Line 40 in openness.html is flagged.  Any suggestions as to a fix?
