Hi Pedro,
did you setup DataPusher as described here:
http://docs.ckan.org/projects/datapusher/en/latest/deployment.html ?
>From your netstat output it seems there is no process listening on port
8800, so I guess the whole DataPusher setup is missing, but this is just a
wild guess.
