[ckan-dev] Launch of Swiss opendata portal "opendata.swiss"

Hi there,

I'm very happy to announce that - after 9 month - we have finally launched
the opendata portal of Switzerland: https://opendata.swiss

It is the successor of the pilot portal, which we launched back in 2013 at
the OKCon in Geneva.

The new portal is a combination of CKAN and WordPress and is available in 4
languages. Even the API returns most data multilingal (thanks to
ckanext-scheming and ckanext-fluent and some custom hacking).

For the portal we implemented the DCAT-AP Switzerland standard, which was
created for this project.
