[ckan-dev] CKAN DCAT-AP 1.1 Integration

Hi all,

In case someone is interested in CKAN - DCAT-AP 1.1 support, I've
pushed some changes to make it possible.

This essentially meant adding support for a bunch of new fields and
polishing some minor errors on the previous implementation.
This issue has a list of all the added fields:

The documentation has also been updated:
