Hi,

I'm testing out ckanext-spatial and my jobs just seem to be hanging. The
gather and fetch stages seem to be working but then it just sits as an
"ongoing job." It doesn't error or complete.

I'm harvesting a single metadata doc here:
https://itportal.decc.gov.uk/web_files/gis/xml/DECC_ON.xml
