[ckan-dev] Four new extensions

Aptivate have developed four new extensions for the new MapAction map 
catalogue, which is due to go live later this year:

<https://github.com/aptivate/ckanext-datasetthumbnail>
Adds support for generation and display of thumbnail images.

<https://github.com/aptivate/ckanext-datasetversions>
Adds support for modelling different versions of a dataset. Sometimes is 
is desirable to store and display together different versions of a 
dataset, for example a daily situation report-style map during a 
humanitarian crisis.

<https://github.com/aptivate/ckanext-syndicate>
Syndicates datasets to another CKAN instance by pushing updates.

<https://github.com/aptivate/ckanext-userautoadd>
Automatically adds new users to an existing organization.
