[ckan-dev] UnicodeError using Apache

Hi All
Im using ckan 2.5.1 on production mode. Today I tried to query by tag, like
this ip/dataset?tags=Precipitação  . The inclusion of the "çã" chars give
me an internal server error:

I tried to fix this in the apache conf using
WSGIDaemonProcess ckan_default display-name=ckan_default processes=2
threads=15 *lang='en_US.UTF-8' locale='en_US.UTF-8'*

I also tried to add *charset utf-8 *to the nginx config, but the error
persists. Does anyone has any insight on this?
