[ckan-dev] Meaning of AGPL for CKAN extensions

Apparently the source code is now available at https://gitlab.com/groups/european-data-portal where it seems the whole thing was dumped in just two commits ;)

Unfortunately the plugin names in the extension doesn't match those reported by the server, so it may be newer/older than the version that's running. 

Would be great to know if any of this is useful to anyone, or it contains code that we can make use of in core.
