[ckan-dev] UNC Paths in CKAN Datasets

Is it possible to put a UNC path in the URL of a CKAN dataset? This would be useful on our internal network. I have tried changing the url setting using ckanapi.RemoteCKAN resource.update, but it still displays as the web path to the resource.
