[ckan-dev] featured section - how to use?

Steven, thanks for answer. I hoped for something simplier than creating
own theme when "About" can be edited via the admin config UI.
Does the "featured section" have no specific purpose? Was it supposed to
be a technology demonstration? (file promoted.html)
(picture I changed <http://ckandevel.otevrenamesta.cz/> by placing "own"
