[ckan-dev] resup v1.1 released

RESUP is a client-side CLI tools that facilitates upload / download /
deletion of CKAN resources. It targets users that deal with many and
large files as resources.

Features include:

+ Bulk upload of resources to data package in CKAN.
+ Bulk download and deletion from data package in CKAN.
+ Compression
+ Creation of a tar-archives
+ Checksumming
+ Splitting of large files for upload, and re-assemblage of thusly
splitted files upon download.
+ file/resource selection by regular expression
