[ckan-dev] Update file using API seems to not work

Hi.

I'm trying to update a file (xls, geojson, etc...) using API, but it 
seems not work.

Description, name, date, etc.. are updated correctly, but not the file. 
Status is 200 (ok) and I get no errors.
