Just a quick note that PostgreSQL 9.2 will no longer be supported by
by the upcoming CKAN 2.7 release. PostgreSQL 9.3 is available in the
official Ubuntu 14.04 repositories.

PostgreSQL 9.3 has a number of JSON functions that we've used to
improve the performance of CKAN's datastore feature.
