[ckan-dev] last update functionality

Dear all,

my organization asks for a "Last update" field in the footer. For the moment it is just set to the current day, but actually it should respond to the last update in the catalogue. Is there a function in ckan which gets this information already ?

In our case we just use one administrator who enters/harvests the data. But I also need to get the last updated information when not logged in.
