[ckan-dev] image preview formats

Hi,
    should the config setting ckan.preview.image_formats work in CKAN 2.6.2?

We are trying to implement it and add svg and bmp as recognised image types

ckan.preview.image_formats = png jpeg jpg gif svg bmp

However testing with an svg and a bmp does not automatically generate the view (though I can manually add the the view afterwards and it does then display).
